The result is a nicely balanced 5.2% ABV amber ale delivering candied citrus, caramel malt and a crisp bitterness. Hoppy enough for the hop crowd. Malty enough for the malt crowd. Diplomatic beer, basically. Tasting Notes Colour: Rich amber to copper with a creamy off-white head. Nose: Candied citrus, orange peel and subtle pine from the American hops, backed by caramel, toasted malt and a touch of biscuit.

Palate: Smooth and malt-forward with light caramel and toasted grain before Simcoe, Citra and Chinook bring citrus, resinous hop character and a balancing bitterness.
